Our Process:

1st: Have a look around our gallery to get a look at the quality of our work. Every job is different and we're here to get you started with some inspiration.

2nd: Book us! If you don't see a date and a time that fits your schedule, call us or text us. We can try and work something out. The next part is the hardest: Waiting. Our team is excited to help you transform your space into something glamorous.

Note: Weather can sometimes not be on our side and is out of control. We are always scheduled to go out but if we cannot go due to weather, we will contact you and try to reschedule.

3rd: Our estimator will be at your place to take a look at your property with you. We will do any measurements, talk about ideas for your project: Paver patios, retaining walls, sod/landscaping installation and drainage system, (let us know about any HOA restrictions). Then we will take those notes to prepare a detailed estimate.

NOTE: Please allow up to 2 business weeks to get the estimate back. We are very good at getting those in before that time frame but during busy periods we try to not rush any of our customer's processes. There is a lot that happens behind the curtains.

4th: Once you have times to review the estimate you can contact us back about any questions you have, additions, or subtractions of works that you would like us to do. Do this process until you're satisfied with your visions.

 **(If need or per your request at an addition cost we can provide  (1) a hand-drawn sketch (not to scale) of the area where we will be working on. The sketch helps to visualize where things go. This is paired with a plant/material key for you and possible HOA. (2) We have capabilities of a scaled hand-drawn sketch as well as a 3-D sketch (Ask our estimator about that process)

5th Once all has been agreed on, a contract will be sent out with the invoice and we will add you to our schedule. Size, materials, and weather all affect starting dates, but depending on the time of year, project start dates range from 2 to 6 weeks after agreements have been made.

 

Our team is dedicated to making this process as envisioning as possible, so please be patient with us while we prepare your transformation. We are a small business that's been servicing the  Northern Atlanta area for 10 years and our customers are always thrilled by the evolution they see in their property.
